What's new
- Slightly upgraded prolonged-target-memory-thing for mobs. It should more reliably keep mobs from forgetting about each other while not interfering with other vanilla or modded mechanics that may affect targeting.
- Mobs with less than 120 hp are excluded from prolonging target memory and act almost entirely vanilla because non-boss mobs usuallly don't need this anyway. Can be changed via the new config option "combatMemoryRefreshMinMaxHealth".
