Initial release.
- Fixes newly spawned Withers incorrectly starting with Mob AI Tweaks' Wither rework enabled when
wither_rework=false. - Prevents the resulting abnormal Wither movement, including rapidly flying upward and away from players.
- Works with command-spawned and normally constructed Withers.
- Designed to improve compatibility with Wither's Wrath and other Wither overhauls when Mob AI Tweaks' own Wither rework is disabled.
- Does not modify any other Mob AI Tweaks features.
- Extremely lightweight: no tick processing, networking, configuration, or client-side systems.
