Adds new curses to the game!

Only for Forge 1.17 for now until MCreator updates.

Adds 3 new curses to the game.

 

Curse of Shattering: Makes tools and armor explode when they break

Curse of Gravity: Makes entities fall faster

Curse of Starving: Drains hunger to restore durability, has 2 levels.
