What's new

Wizard Mobs - Uses spells and only spawn close to people that have at least 4 techniques

Staves - Up to 100% power, instantly casts t1 projectiles for 30 mana

Runegrafts = Grants up to 50% power to a staff

Spells now deal damage that bypasses armor, but deal less damage overall

Tattoos give % power instead of flat now, up to 100% for a full set

New Lightning III Proj - Crackling Lance

Annihilator (Arcane III Proj) no longer explodes, but deals significantly more damage, piercing more enemies
