Added 3D Skin Layers compatibility.

CHANGED:

Removed the placeholder "No animation editor installed." text in the Customize menu.
Added a "WIP" text to the Packs and Customize screens. (to prevent confusion)
Each knee now bends and straightens smoothly through its own step in the walk animation (when moving slowly) and sneak animations.

FIXED:

Fixed the left arm and left leg textures on player skins being mirrored.
Fixed slow-moving players and mobs gliding across the ground when moving slow.
Fixed oversized hair on MineColonies child citizens.
