• Fixes provider top, filler, underwater, and ceiling material placement while preserving trees, vegetation, structures, and block entities.
• Honours exact biome-to-geome weights on dynamic biome registries.
• Staggers Stable Layers transitions by layer and recalibrates Edge Detail so Average retains natural variation.
• Existing chunks are not rewritten; fixes apply as new chunks generate.
• This is functionally equivalent to the other OreSpawn 4.0.6 ports; only target-specific platform adaptations differ.
