• Adopts the four-component version format so Minecraft and loader compatibility are visible in the version.
• Preserves worlds made with Mineralogy 1.10, 1.12, or 5.x by reading saved metadata and exact legacy configuration before creating the OreSpawn world profile.
• Writes human-readable, idempotent upgrade reports while leaving source files and existing chunks unchanged.
• Audits runtime logs and dynamic-fluid generation so logged worldgen failures cannot pass silently.
• Ports the 4.0.6 feature set to Minecraft 1.13.2 using Java 8, retaining provider and save contracts.
• Fixes provider top, filler, underwater, and ceiling material placement; preserves late features and exact custom-biome rules.
• Staggers close Stable Layers boundaries and recalibrates Edge Detail and managed vanilla-ore defaults for 1.13.2.
• Removes later-version worldgen defaults that do not exist on 1.13.2 and retains later deep-aquifer fields as inactive data.
• Restores native Forge 25 registry, spring, rendering, navigation, editor-background, tooltip, and translated-caption behaviour.
• Existing chunks are not rewritten; fixes apply as new chunks generate.
• This is functionally equivalent to the other OreSpawn 4.0.6 ports; target-only adaptations differ where later platform features are not applicable.
