A simple mod, which all it does is add a package that Mixin can use to generate its synthetic Args classes.
This is required because the JPMS requires all packages to be declared before it will try and load classes from them.
There are ways for Mixin to fix this on their end by essentially doing the same thing this mod does. Making a small jar file with the apropriate packages in the game layer.
This is designed to be used for older versions of Mixin/Forge that don't have that fix.
