Mitopian Uprising - MI Alliance Addon

This took a little longer than I meant it to, but hey, it's functional now! Having this addon exist on the most modern version of MI Alliance is important. I expect to need to release a patch relatively soon as bugs or other issues are discovered, but it appears stable enough that I'm confident labeling this as a full release instead of a beta. Oh, and if you try updating a 1.18.2 world to this 1.19.2 version, expect custom items to break. Sorry!

Ported to 1.19.2.
Reworked the Pristine Relicoid significantly with a new setting and a pre-boss trial.
Reworked the Pristine Tubian Wand to be much more powerful.
Added the Levelometer, which can read an Officer's level, squad size, current technique, and potential to gain experience.
Warp Troopers can now spawn in the Altar Defense event.
Altar Defense leaders now detect if they've been stuck for an extended period of time and teleport their Mi to the altar if so.
NeMisis has practiced his aim, and his Honor Charges are now much more accurate! Yours are, too.
NeMisis's crown is no longer placeable.
Changed Hammibal's theme to Their Deadly Mission.
The Runic Transceiver recipe is now added to the recipe book when it becomes usable.
Mitopian Uprising no longer fixes the Loonie Transceiver recipe, as MI Alliance has fixed that bug.
Fixed advanced Altar Defense Mi not having all of their effects properly apply.
Fixed some of NeMisis's particles not appearing in the right location.
Fixed NeMisis losing his power if the player asserts dominance using the CarryOn mod.
