Mitopian Uprising - MI Alliance Addon

With a few more bug fixes, I will now declare this version stable! The Alliance has moved to 1.19, and we must follow them!

Switched the Altar Defense event's final theme to Torn From the Heavens (from Pennons Aloft).
Instead of fading in, the Altar Defense event's final theme stays silent until the interference gauge fills, then it kicks in.
Repurposed Pennons Aloft as Hammibal's theme. This is very much subject to change as more bosses are added.
Hammibal is now invincible unless his other leaders are defeated first.
Buffed the Pride of NeMisis to 2.4 attack speed, matching the Pure Tubian Warstaff.
NeMisis is now totally invincible during the Blender.
NeMisis no longer makes "alone" calls during combat.
NeMisis's attacks are somewhat easier to see.
Fixed some voice lines overlapping at the start of the Altar Defense event.
Fixed NeMisis dropping normal items upon fleeing.
Fixed some custom weapons not damaging undead.
Fixed the Loon Transceiver not being craftable.
Fixed event Mi being able to go through portals.
