Mitopian Uprising - MI Alliance Addon

Technically, this file is a beta due to a lack of playtesting. I can verify that everything works, but there are probably edge case bugs and balance issues to be resolved. But hey, if you've found this mod page, you're probably the type of person to give it a shot anyway, aren't you?

This initial release adds four encounters: NeMisis, the Pristine Relicoid, the Mitopium Altar Defense event, and the fourth one that I won't name yet, as well as their associated music, loot, and summoning methods.

Also added stonecutting recipes for some MI Alliance blocks. The next MI Alliance update will probably do this, but they're simple features, so they're here, too.
