Fixed Recipe Override for the Boats Types 

Added Shapeless Crafting for the Minecart with Chest 
(had to use a workaround for this one because it didn't let itself override)
Added Shapeless Crafting Minecart with Hopper
Added Shapeless Crafting Minecart with Tnt

Hopefully removed the Smithing Table Recipe code for a certain Item
