Minks And Misfits

An otterly teeny update! (only a few days after sea otter week lol):

New stuff:

~New otter soul item, much like the mink essence (now renamed mink soul) turns you into an otter like creature!

~New vengeful soul item that boosts tamed pets armor and damage.

~New trades for the blockling.

~New structure for Somber Shore!

Fixes and changes:

~Loot now spawns properly in blocking structures.

~Mink armor's damage and armor reduced.

~When using an ability in minklike form or otterlike, there is a indicator when it's on cooldown.

~Resprite of the bug remains.

~Otter hp while tamed increased.
