Miniworld simulation

Adds a tool that allows you to convert a block into a miniature version of a chunk. Shrink down by stepping onto that block and build anything you like within the confines of the block border. Height limit for building on the tiny world is up to one block above the block you converted. You can also dig inside the block that you converted. Acts as a tiny world, with water being able to flow, redstone working, and mobs able to be taken into the smaller world. You can also build bases on the backs or heads of mobs, and control them by placing down a helm on them.
