What's new

Fixes Mining Gadgets dedicated server/Arclight issues. Prevents server crashes caused by the client only LaserLoopSound class loading on dedicated servers.
Fixed Arclight console spam from mininggadgets:renderblock block entities during mining. Server side patch only. Clients should keep the original Mining Gadgets jar as this does not alter anything client side.
