NoCaves Mining Dimension

Create a Mining Dimension that does not have caves or mob spawns.
Description
A small mod that adds a portal to a mining dimension with no mob spawn and no cave gen. This mod adds the block to make the portal in the same setup as the nether portal.
Use the "Mining Dimension Block" to build the portal, and the "Coal and Stick" to light them.
