Fork of MiniEffects for Minecraft 1.12.2, with more feature(s) like JEI bookmark support.

In 2.1.0, this mod fixed a design flaw of JEI that will make the exclusion area of potion effects not align with its actual position when there're any mods that modified effects rendering position, causing overlapping issue.

This fork also fixed a bug that will make icon flickered when x/y offset is quite large

By using MixinBooter instead of packing Mixin within mod jar, MiniEffects-ExtendedLife is 80x smaller than the original mod. (965KB <-> 12KB)
