What's new

Mini Workers 0.1.4

This update improves item transport and adds faster pipes.

Added

  • Added the new Express Sorting Pipe.
  • Express Sorting Pipes move items faster than normal Sorting Pipes.
  • Added Pipe Wrench item extraction, allowing you to remove items stuck inside pipes or Sorting Junctions.
  • Route changes can now be queued while a pipe is occupied, so the current item can finish moving safely.

Improved

  • Improved Sorting Pipe and Express Sorting Pipe visuals.
  • Improved pipe visuals for straight lines, corners, vertical routes, and connected pipe handoffs.
  • Improved item movement animations inside pipes.
  • Improved blocked-output visuals, making waiting items easier to understand.
  • Improved pipe placement next to chests, inventories, and other transport blocks.
  • Improved connections between normal Sorting Pipes and Express Sorting Pipes.
  • Improved Pipe Wrench feedback with better sounds and particles.

Fixed

  • Fixed several pipe placement issues near transport endpoints.
  • Fixed Express Sorting Pipes sometimes connecting downward when another route was intended.
  • Fixed small visual pauses before items left working pipe outputs.
  • Fixed some overlapping pipe model details that could shimmer around corners and vertical bends.

Known Limitations

  • Some unclear pipe layouts may still need Pipe Wrench correction.
  • Sorting Pipes still use a simple one-input and one-output system.
  • There is currently no Express Sorting Junction.
