Fixed 3D Item Models in Floating Bet Panels

• Fixed shields rendering as dark oak planks and items with custom 3D models (such as Numismatics coins) displaying the purple-and-black missing texture.
• Floating bet panels now render each item's actual model, matching its appearance in the inventory. Models are properly lit, consistent with the existing flat icons, and rendered in front of the panel.
• Flat items and blocks remain unchanged.

New Item Tag: roulettecasino:not_bets

• Items in this tag can never be bet and are excluded from the in-game "Bettable Items" list, even if they are included in roulettecasino:bets or automatically accepted by the mod's material detection system.
• The tag is empty by default, so existing behavior remains unchanged unless a data pack or script adds entries.
• Supports individual items and entire tags, allowing modpack creators to restrict betting to specific currencies or materials.

Example: Restrict betting to your own currency

Add the following tags to roulettecasino:not_bets:

• Minecraft 1.21.1 and 26.3: #c:ingots, #c:gems, #c:storage_blocks, #minecraft:coals
• Minecraft 1.20.1 (Forge/NeoForge): #forge:ingots, #forge:gems, #forge:storage_blocks, #minecraft:coals
• Minecraft 1.20.1 (Fabric): #c:ingots, #c:gems, plus other modded blocks using their respective tags or item IDs.

Additional details

• Exclusions apply only to explicitly listed items. Excluding an ingot does not automatically exclude its storage block, and vice versa. 
• The "Bettable Items" list always reflects the items that can actually be bet.
• Changes take effect after running /reload.
