1.4.0 release of Miner's Horizon.
Changelog:
- custom stone hardness is now based on zone
- concept of zones re-added
- stone has custom hue depending on world depth
- custom ores from other mods now guaranteed work
- added config option for portal block
- added config options for zone positioning/stone darkness/stone hardness
- world height moved up to 200 to allow for more stuff
- stuff actually works
