What's new

Added rough support for EI liquids. It works with existing IE command. Due to lazy nature of implementation, if there is a mineral in that chunk the waypoint will say that mineral, but trust that it does in fact have the liquid you searched for. Well, unless the mineral name contains the liquid name. For instance, if there is a modded mineral called NotOilOre, and you search for "oil", then it will still list off that mineral.
