PLAYER INFECTION
-"Infected" effect that breaks the player's visor, when the effect duration ends they will turn into a viral slasher
-Has a neat animation so the transition from infected to viral slasher looks like it does ingame
-Currently no enemies give it, that will change in the future
-More player infecteds WILL be added in later updates
OTHER ADDITIONS
-Added Viral Rioter, basically just viral classless larping as gilbert
--It has insane accuracy with its beanbag shotgun for whatever reason, no idea why
-The Slasher got a full model revamp and some new animations!
--The eyes also move now
-Rework of the execution system, it should no longer destroy every atom of the player and instead just kills them
