UPDATE 1.3.2:

 -SIN now has an execution

-Changed how Gilbert's shotgun works, hopefully it causes less lag now 

-Flare has custom particles instead of using placeholder ones 

-Removed D-ZERO, gonna rework it later 

-Gilbert overall does more damage, same with the RIF gunners and SIN 

-Made Flare's teleport not constantly get stuck on blocks (hopefully)
