Smelting & Forging

Smelting & Forging adds a hands-on way to create tools in Minecraft. Collect monster drops, forge tool parts through a timing minigame, and assemble them at a forging anvil with a rhythm minigame. The finished tool can gain skills, a blessing, or a curse.

Getting Started

Craft a Forge and a Forging Anvil. At the Forge, combine a blueprint, a monster drop, five matching metal materials, and fuel to make a head, core, or rod. Bring one of each part to the Forging Anvil to create your finished tool.

A Forging Guide is given to new players and can also be crafted.

Compatibility: Minecraft 1.21.1 with NeoForge.
