What's new

Added the classic birch biome! This comes with birch logs, leaves, planks, slabs, and stairs!

Also added stair and slab variants of Oak wood, cobblestone and bricks!

Changed the portals to only need normal obsidian + their respective versions of flint & steel. The normal 'biome based obsidan and flint & steel' was really tedious to get so I changed the whole feature. Now it should be a LOT easier to get to each dimension in survival mode.

Still working on lots of features, so be excited for 0.1.0; The first beta release!
