1.4.0 for Minecraft 1.21.1

First release for 1.21.1. It has everything in the 26.x version of 1.4.0:

• Source engine movement. Air strafing with the 30 u/s air speed cap, bunny hopping with configurable timing, ground friction and acceleration, and look-directed ladder climbing.
• Settings screen. Press \ or run /bhop menu. Every setting is a switch or a slider, with a presets dropdown and a tooltip on each one. Also opens from the mods list (NeoForge's Config button, or Mod Menu on Fabric).
• Presets. csgo, css, kz, official, plus your own: save your current physics under a name and load it back.
• Jump stats. KZ-style stats after every jump: distance, pre-speed, max speed, strafes, sync.
• XP bar speedometer. The XP bar fills with your speed and runs green to red.
• Server support. Put the same jar on a server and players with the mod can bhop there automatically. Players without it join as normal. On other servers it stays off unless you opt in.
• Limits on every setting, so nothing breaks the game.

Requires Java 21. Fabric needs Fabric API.
