# Changelog — ver4.9.6-fix

Changed: Citizens are now one mob whose name, clothes and skin come from where it spawns: every inhabited island of the OnePiece world has its own people (except Marineford, Impel Down, Egghead, Onigashima and Elbaf).
Added: Regional citizens: East Blue villagers, Baratie cooks, Whiskey Peak bounty hunters, Tequila Wolf laborers, Alabasta citizens, winter island citizens (Drum, Karakuri), tribesmen, Mock Town ruffians, Water 7 shipwrights, Enies Lobby officials, Kuja warriors, Momoiro okamas, Sabaody citizens, Wano citizens in kimono and Whole Cake citizens in candy colors.
Added: Non-human citizens with their own bodies: Minks (Zou and Zunesha) with ears, snout and tail, Skypieans with wings and antennae, Fishmen with fins (Fishman Island), the Long-Leg tribe of Long Ring Long Land, and Celestial Dragons with their bubble helmets in Mary Geoise.
Changed: Wano and Whole Cake citizens from older worlds become the new citizen and keep living where they are.
Changed: The creative inventory is split into four tabs: Utilities, Weapons, Clothing and Spawn Eggs.
Changed: The World Government ranks (CP9 up to Imu) have their own advancement tab, separate from the Marines.
Fixed: Item names and descriptions that showed garbled text in Japanese, Chinese and Portuguese.
Fixed: Killingham's Kirin form runs with its legs (the run animation was missing).
Added: Chopper moves: idle, walk and run animations.
Changed: Chopper has Brook's stats (health, armor and combat status).
Added: Chopper spawns with MinePiece's Straw Hat crew (Grand Line and New World), follows Luffy and never fights his crewmates.
Fixed: Wanted posters no longer show technique pieces (Arm, Leg, Fist), markers and animals.
Fixed: In the OnePiece world without Story Mode, dying without a bed sends you back to your starting place instead of Foosha Village.
Added: Island chests and barrels now have loot: food, gold, weapons and MinePiece treasure chests, better in the Grand Line and best in the New World (islands generated from now on).
Added: Sommers' Suit, a wearable item (leggings slot) whose sleeves and trousers move with the arms and legs; Sommers spawns wearing it under the Holy Knights' Cape.
