NOTE: this version of the mha mod is intended for servers suffering from low mha spawn rates, if used on singleplayer worlds or servers that dont suffer from low mha spawn rates be prepared for very high mha mob spawns

- Entities now fight back player assailants even if they are the same rank

- Flight has gotten 2 new moves (Takeoff, Charge)

- Strongarm has gotten 2 new moves (Barge, strike)

- Regeneration has gotten 2 new moves (Heal target, peak performance)

- Decay quirk added

- Shigaraki's suits added

- Added water villain Hanzo (wip)

- Added "mhaspawning" gamerule to determine if mha mobs spawn (after setting this to false you will still need to initially clear out all the current living mha mobs)

- Mha mobs now only despawn when players are not nearby for over 5 minutes

- General bugfixes and improvements
