What's new

- All For One entity no longer mass spawns in other dimensions and can despawn as to not take up most of the spawn rate

- Mha mobs should now be able to take up more of the allotted entity spawn rate if not overridden by other mods 

- Various other smaller server optimizations and bug fixes.
