Milk Plus

- changed milk texture
- cauldrons uses the new milk texture
- you cannot place milk in the nether anymore
- can now drink milk when not looking at a block, or when sneaking
- fixed milk bottle duping glass bottles after drinking
- fixed wandering trader drinking milk
- milk on maps are now white
- pick up sound for milk
- dripstone
- cauldron now removes effects too
- fix side texture for milk fluid
- splash and lingering milk potions
- milk tipped arrows
- milk bowl
