MiguelEconomy adds player balances, money commands, shops, an auction house, daily rewards, jobs, and Discord logging support.

Main differences

Forge 1.20.1 is the most complete version overall.
Fabric 1.21.1 is the best Fabric version for most servers.
Fabric 1.21.11 supports newer Minecraft but has some missing polish, especially around Trader jobs and chat prefixes.
NeoForge 1.21.1 works for NeoForge servers but has weaker balance config support.
Fabric 1.20.1 is mainly useful for older Fabric 1.20.1 servers.
