Increase volume of death explosion.

Increase height where laser explosion damage decreases to 3.

Disable flapping if the chicken is dead.

Damage cap moved to main damage handler rather than the part damage handler.

Attacking with the infinity sword actually increases the chicken's max health.

When the chicken dies the boss health bar is updated to 0% to reflect that.
