Additions:

 

- Added the Howler entity.

- Added the Red Howler entity.

- Both of these entities are currently unused. They will hopefully get expanded in the next update.

Changes:

- Mechael no longer blows his mech shards everywhere when the second phase starts.

Fixes:

- Mechael was not included in the michael entities tag.

- Mechael was not giving you the hand drill properly. It was misspelled so it didn't give you anything.

- All of Mechael's stuff was still in the unused content creative tab.

- Taxpayer Dollar description still says it has a 20% chance to cure, even though it was changed to 100%.
