This license applies to the Minecraft mod, including all distributed files, source code, compiled code, models, textures, graphics, sounds, documentation, names, branding, and other original content included with the mod (collectively, the **“Mod”**).

By downloading, installing, accessing, copying, or using the Mod, you agree to the terms below.

## 1. Ownership

The Mod is the exclusive property of **mathusallem**, except for third-party names, trademarks, logos, designs, or other materials that remain the property of their respective owners.

No ownership rights are transferred to you under this license. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

## 2. Permitted Use

You may:

1. Download, install, and use an unmodified copy of the Mod for personal, non-commercial gameplay.
2. Use the Mod on private or public Minecraft servers, provided that the Mod itself is not sold, rented, licensed, or placed behind a separate paywall.
3. Create screenshots, gameplay videos, reviews, tutorials, livestreams, and other media featuring the Mod.
4. Monetize videos, livestreams, or other media featuring normal use of the Mod, provided that you do not distribute the Mod itself and do not claim ownership of it.
5. Include the unmodified Mod in a free modpack when all of the following conditions are met:
- the modpack uses an official distribution or dependency mechanism provided by platforms such as CurseForge or Modrinth;
- the Mod is downloaded from, or correctly linked to, an official project page;
- the Mod, its metadata, assets, and license are not modified;
- clear credit is given to **mathusallem**;
- the modpack is not sold, licensed, or distributed behind a paywall; and
- the Mod is removed from the modpack upon a reasonable request from the Author.

## 3. Prohibited Actions

Without prior written permission from the Author, you may not:

1. Re-upload, mirror, host, republish, or redistribute the Mod, whether modified or unmodified, on another website, application, launcher, repository, file-hosting service, or distribution platform.
2. Sell, rent, sublicense, trade, or otherwise commercially distribute the Mod.
3. Place access to the Mod behind a payment, subscription, donation requirement, advertising gate, link shortener, or similar restriction.
4. Modify, adapt, port, convert, merge, translate, fork, or create derivative works from the Mod for public or private distribution.
5. Port the Mod to another Minecraft version, mod loader, edition, platform, game, or software environment and distribute that port.
6. Copy, extract, reuse, recolor, edit, republish, or redistribute any textures, models, graphics, sounds, code, documentation, names, logos, or other assets from the Mod.
7. Use assets from the Mod in another mod, resource pack, datapack, map, server pack, application, website, video game, or commercial product.
8. Remove, alter, hide, or replace copyright notices, credits, attribution, license files, author information, metadata, or branding.
9. Claim that you created, own, officially maintain, or are authorized to represent the Mod.
10. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Mod for the purpose of copying, reproducing, modifying, or redistributing its code or assets, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
11. Use the Mod or its branding in a way that falsely suggests sponsorship, affiliation, approval, or endorsement by the Author.
12. Use the Mod, its code, or its assets as training data for an artificial-intelligence or machine-learning system without prior written permission.

## 4. Server Monetization

A server may use the Mod while receiving donations or offering monetized server features only when:

- access to the Mod itself is not sold;
- the Mod is not advertised as an exclusive paid product;
- monetization complies with the applicable Minecraft usage guidelines and platform rules; and
- no content from the Mod is separately sold or licensed.

This permission does not grant any right to redistribute the Mod outside the conditions stated in this license.

## 5. Modifications and Private Testing

You may inspect or modify the Mod solely for private testing or personal learning, provided that the modified files are not shared, published, uploaded, sold, or distributed in any form.

Permission to privately modify the Mod does not include permission to publish patches, forks, ports, derived assets, modified builds, or source-code copies.

## 6. Official Distribution

Official releases and updates are distributed only through pages or services approved by the Author.

## 7. Attribution

Where attribution is required under this license, use a clear credit substantially similar to:

Attribution does not replace the requirement to obtain written permission for any use that is otherwise prohibited.

## 8. Third-Party Rights

Minecraft is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation. Mojang Studios, Microsoft, transit authorities, transport agencies, cities, companies, and other trademark owners referenced by the Mod are not affiliated with, responsible for, or necessarily associated with this project.

All third-party trademarks, service marks, logos, station names, route names, and related identifiers remain the property of their respective owners.

This Mod is an unofficial fan-made project unless explicitly stated otherwise.

## 9. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE MOD IS PROVIDED **“AS IS”** AND **“AS AVAILABLE”**, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, COMPATIBILITY, AVAILABILITY, OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

You use the Mod entirely at your own risk.

## 10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Author shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages arising from the installation, use, misuse, inability to use, corruption, incompatibility, or distribution of the Mod.

This includes, without limitation, loss of worlds, files, configurations, server data, revenue, or access to third-party services.

## 11. Termination

Your permission to use the Mod automatically terminates if you violate this license.

Upon termination, you must stop using and distributing the Mod and delete every unauthorized copy, modified version, extracted asset, fork, port, or derivative work under your control.

The Author may request removal of an unauthorized copy or distribution at any time.

## 12. Additional Permission

Any permission not expressly granted by this license requires prior written approval from the Author.

Permission granted for one project, version, platform, person, or organization does not automatically apply to another.

## 13. Changes to This License

The Author may publish revised license terms for future releases of the Mod.
