What's new

Minecraft 1.20.1 backport: nightly shooting stars, synchronized meteor showers, wide/high sky geometry, vanilla rendering and paginated settings. Supports late join, reconnect and dimensions. Server commands require operator level 2; singleplayer needs cheats. Server controls multiplayer timing.

Java 17; Forge 47.4.26 tested. Requires matching 1.20.1/Forge SeamlessLib 2.x. No Fabric API, Mod Menu or Architectury API runtime dependency.

Local verification: clean builds, unit/native GameTests, independent client, native two-client dedicated multiplayer, resource reload, save/restart, optional JEI present/absent. Software OpenGL and copied fixtures do not guarantee every GPU, modpack or historical save. GitHub CI did not execute due to account billing lock. Back up worlds/configs; never downgrade 26.x saves.
