Added block - Defender
you can power the block by placing one of 4 fuel sources on top of it
-coal block- has a 50% chance to be consumed when the defender stops a meteor
-lava/magma block- has a 35% chance to be consumed when the defender stops a meteor
-glowstone- has a 20% to be consumed when the defender stops a meteor
fixed a bug in which the flat world type would be bombarded by a few meteors every few seconds
