Metal Swords is an addon for Simply Swords that adds Copper and Silver and Steel variants of every Simply Swords weapon type — 45 new weapons in total, fully integrated with Simply Swords' weapon attributes and Better Combat animations.
Features
- 15 weapon types × 3 metals = 45 new weapons: Chakram, Claymore, Cutlass, Glaive, Greataxe, Greathammer, Halberd, Katana, Longsword, Rapier, Sai, Scythe, Spear, Twinblade and Warglaive — in both copper and silver.
- Silver smites the undead — silver weapons deal +2 bonus damage against undead mobs. Perfect for your next visit to a zombie siege or a deep dark crypt.
- Copper, finally useful — an early-game metal that lets you field every weapon archetype long before diamond.
- Steel — powerful gear with durability and attributes between iron and diamond.
- Better Combat support out of the box — every weapon ships with its own attack animations, hitboxes and swing sounds.
- Clean, consistent 16× textures and models (courtesy of the Metalmith assets).
Of course, you'll need the Simply Swords as a prerequisite, and other mods to provide copper nuggets, silver ingots, silver nuggets, steel ingots, steel nuggets in order to craft the weapons from this mod.
