Update 0.4 for 1.19.2 (forge)

 

- Updated silver barrel recipe.
- Bunch of code cleanup.
- Crystal barrel now can render 8 items inside the barrel.
- Added a client config.
- Added block particles.
- Added two options in the client config. (To be able to disable the crystal barrel item renders) & (To enable or disable the barrel particles render)
- Updated forge version.
- Added a barrel lock on the barrel screen when you open a barrel. (This allows others to open your barrel if the lock is on)
