mod tailor made for a modpack that adds utility tools to add a portal to a new void dimension (currently only available in creative mode for Map making and structure prototyping)
currently adds:
decorative ruined computer block
portal and portal placer
new void dimension useful for making custom dungeons on maps (to leave jump in the void)
