much nicer mercenary leader village buildings.

unique ones for: plains, desert, taiga, savanna, snowy.

repurposed structures compatibility. unique village buildings for: mountains, jungle, swamp, badlands. others (birch, dark forest, oak, giant tree taiga) just reuse them.

i'm still not happy for the weights. hopefully they'll be better next version but this should be playable
