Pam's HarvestCraft, Kaleidoscope Cookery, [Let's Do] series all add hundreds of new crops to grown and plenty of foods/drinks to craft. Tectonic, Terralith, Mystic's Biomes, and Streams Reflowing make gorgeous world generation. The YUNG'S series completely overhauls all vanilla structures giving them a refreshing new look.
Critters and Companions, Bird Watching, Ribbits, Faunify, Creeper/Enderman Overhaul, Puppy Paws, Ghosts, Longwings, Friends&Foes, and Alex's Mobs add so many new mobs to find.
Cute resource packs such as Rabbit Villagers, (Bee's) Fancy Crops, Fast Better Grass, Simple Grass Flowers, and Enchantment Enhancements give a new, cute look to your world.
