- Renewal and mending now cost 30 levels to apply to an item, but also bypass the too expensive limit
- Renewal and mending cannot be combined with other enchantments
- Added config options to make renewal with mending incompatible, renewal with infinity and mending with infinity.
- Made smooth quartz interchangeable with normal quartz for the structure
