Ported to 1.18.2

 - Fixed a potential rendering crash

 - Added support for Crimson and Warped signs (This will probably be moved to support a tag instead in the near future)

 - The Sign's stick no longer renders in the edit screen

 - The Sign Edit screen now states that it's an edit screen and not "melongolemsignholder"
