Induction matrix output fix

• Allow external energy extraction through output-mode induction ports.
• Preserve input/output port restrictions, formed-structure checks and the provider per-tick transfer budget.
• Preserve transactional rollback, exact energy debit and output statistics.
• Validate with the unmodified Logistics Networks 1.12.1 energy transfer engine in an isolated dedicated server.
• No changes to Logistics Networks, stored cell capacity or other mods.

Install matching versions on server and client. Replace the previous JAR; do not install duplicate mod IDs.
