What's new
- NEW: Factories now do several operations per tick. Every extra operation consumes the energy (and gas) of one tick and only happens while it can be afforded.
- The progress bar of a Factory no longer divides by a non-positive number; it shows full while the Factory runs faster than one operation per tick.
- The build now compiles as UTF-8 and against compile-only API stubs.
- README added.
