What's new
- Factories (all tiers) do several operations per tick. This is handled by Mekanism 10.7 itself; the mod keeps the upgrade effect consistent with it.
- Upgrade limits (Speed / Energy / Gas or Chemical) are configurable, 64 by default. The effect of every 8 upgrades is kept, and the effect of surplus Energy / Gas Upgrades decays against the Speed Upgrades.
- Digital Miner, Electric Pump, Fluidic Plenisher and Formulaic Assemblicator do several operations per tick (configurable caps). The Digital Miner accepts Muffling Upgrades.
- Added the warning "Insert Energy Upgrades!" to the GUI warning tab.
