What's new
- NEW: Factories (all tiers) now do several operations per tick when their Speed Upgrades make them faster than one operation per tick. The progress bar shows full while a Factory runs this fast.
- Upgrade limits (Speed / Energy / Gas or Chemical) are configurable, 64 by default. The effect of every 8 upgrades is kept, and the effect of surplus Energy / Gas Upgrades decays against the Speed Upgrades.
- Several operations per tick for recipe machines, Digital Miner, Electric Pump, Fluidic Plenisher and Formulaic Assemblicator. The Digital Miner accepts Muffling Upgrades.
- No warning tab on this version (Mekanism 10.0.x has no such GUI element).
- README added.
- Note: this version could not be started in the development environment and was only checked statically.
