Mekanism QIO Drive Tier Configuration

Allows configuring the number of items and types that QioDrives from Mekanism can store, with support for Mekanism Extras.

Hello, my first mod :)

It adds a configuration file, qiodrivetierconfiguration.toml, which allows you to configure the amount of items and types stored by the QioDrives from Mekanism. It is compatible with Mekanism Extras.
