Added the Generation 7 machine tier.
Generation 7 machines are the spiritual successor to the Astral Machines from the previous mod, Astral Mekanism & Energistics (AME), bringing the concept of extremely powerful late-game machines into MekIn.
Note: Recipes for Generation 7 machines have not been implemented yet.
