Minecraft 1.21.1 Support

Mekanism: Atomic Additions is now available for Minecraft 1.21.1!

This release expands the mod's availability to Minecraft 1.21.1, building upon the existing version for Minecraft 1.20.1.

The mod has been adapted for the newer Minecraft version, bringing its atomic transmutation features and the Atomic Multiblock Reactor to the updated environment.
